Here, we offer several vacation rental properties to suit your need and budget. From a cozy suite for two overlooking the bayou to 3 bedroom homes nestled on a small, forgotten island in New Port Richey... we have something for everyone.
Our properties have been carefully selected for their location and proximity to each other. Each has been remodeled and upgraded to include all of the amenities and comfort you need to relax and unwind. Each boasts a full kitchen, laundry room, outdoor grilling and sitting areas. No matter which home you choose, you can sit back and relax after a full day of exploring and vacationing in Tampa Bay.

Treasure Island NPR currently offers several vacation rental homes, all within just a few steps from each other.
Tropical Suite (6135) offers a room for two, with a private balcony overlooking the bayou and access to the pool. The backyard boasts a large pool, grilling area with your choice of a green egg or gas grill, a hammock and porch swing. An RV site is available in the front of the house as an additional accommodation.
Hidden Treasure (4915) is a three bedroom home along the interior of the island, with a master bedroom/ bath, and two additional bedrooms (all queen beds). The spacious yard provides for plenty of outdoor games, such as volleyball, badminton, and croquet. An RV site is available along the side of the house as an additional accommodation.
Northern Point (4924) is a three bedroom, one bathroom home with an enclosed glass lanai (sitting room) and a pool overlooking the water. One bedroom has a king bed, another a queen, and the last has two twin beds. An RV site is available along the side of the house as an additional accommodation.
Castaway on Treasure Island NPR (4848) is a one bedroom, one bathroom home with queen bed and an open concept kitchen and living room. A screened lanai offers a peaceful sitting area with a view of the water.
Resting Place (4842) is a two bedroom, one bathroom home with queen beds and a large dining room looking out to the water along the back of the house.
Treasure Island NPR offers RV sites as short-term vacation rentals. Most sites are equipped with 50 amp hookups, water, picnic tables, and a grill. All guests are invited to share access to the grills, smoker, covered cooking area, picnic tables, and fire pit. A dump station/sewer is available off site within a short distance of the sites.
Love camping with friends but don't love sharing your camper with your friends? Book an RV site and tell your friends about the additional vacation rentals we have available here with Treasure Island NPR. We can arrange your campers to be next to each other or arrange for your camper to be next to a home one of your fellow vacationers rented from us. Let us know ahead of time so we can have things ready for you.
In the northernmost lots of the island, you will find the campground and kayak launch areas. Here, you can fire up the BBQ grill or smoker, enjoy meals at the picnic tables, sit back and relax, take a walk through the woods, or roast marshmallows alongside the firepit. These amenities are available to be shared by all guests of Treasure Island NPR.

Paddles, life vests, and anchors are provided. Here you will also find a dock you are welcome to fish from with some poles, lures, and fishing gear. A crab trap is also available to tie along the dock to capture blue crabs for dinner.
Jump in a kayak and travel through the beautiful bayou to reach the Gulf of Mexico. Be mindful of the tides - The bayou is a saltwater, tidal channel, so its depth varies by close to four (4) feet throughout the day. Alexa, Siri, or a free tide chart app will provide you with all the information you need to safely charter the waters during the high and low tides each day.
